Description
CAMS is a community-oriented map-based, disaster risk information and early warning service with customizable and automated tools to minimize disruptions in service continuity.
At present the application is available in mobile format via the browser; however, this is somewhat limited and can be awkward to use. We would love to have a proper mobile application that people responding to disasters can use.
If you are working on an asset in the middle of a natural disaster, you want to have the most responsive tool possible. A mobile application that seamlessly integrates with the application will allow responders to use the information available in CAMS effectively and provide robust early warning of potential cascading failure.
We don’t really mind how it is implemented.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the CAMS-Dashboard JavaScript UI and its install information, then determine how a mobile application should integrate with the existing browser service. Done means a responsive mobile application is defined and integrated for disaster responders, but the implementation approach is intentionally unspecified.
