Cannot back out of "Database Encryption PIN" screen

**Describe the bug**
Cannot back out of the "Database Encryption PIN" screen. This forces the user to change the PIN.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on the Account tab
3. On the Privacy section, under the Database Encryption PIN option, click on change.
4. This forces the user to change the password because force closing still brings the screen back.

**Expected behavior**
Should be able to back out of the screen in case a user makes a mistake.

Start from Settings > Account > Privacy and follow the Database Encryption PIN change flow. Reproduce the issue on the desktop app, then trace how that screen handles navigation or cancellation. Done means a user can leave the screen without changing the PIN, and returning to it does not force the change flow.
