**Updated Idea (based on the below conversation):** Create a section of the CDP deployment homepage that surfaces recent committee topics/actions/events.

## Use Case / User Story

As a citizen or journalist, I want to be able to easily find timely council events so that I can be up to date on important/relevant local politics.

## Other Notes

~~I think we need to carefully consider the implications of any algorithm(s) we create for surfacing "relevant" content in this featured section before deciding whether or not to pursue this feature.~~

Beyond the algorithmic considerations, I have my reservations about this idea and whether it will be genuinely helpful when compared to a search bar that can present exactly what a person is looking for.

In general, this idea deserves a lot more discussion/critique before moving forward.
