Collect advanced authz use cases

Follow up on https://github.com/CosmWasm/wasmd/issues/803#issuecomment-1311674643 to collect more advanced use cases to build better filter and limits.

To provide some structure for filter examples, please add:

- Use case description
- Json example of the incoming msg
- Description of the expected outcome (can be accepted, rejected use cases)
- A `jq` [filter](https://stedolan.github.io/jq/manual/#Basicfilters) on the incoming json (optional, as a declarative syntax of the rule)
