Description

Hello,

I've created a few PRs that fail due to intermittent issues on the server, such as "address already in use" or streaming content count issues. For example, this build log shows failures for a PR that only updates test SDK dependencies to fix well known build issue in VS2019 for that particular SDK version: https://github.com/CoreWCF/CoreWCF/pull/213/checks?check_run_id=1028754726

Attempts to close and re-open PRs is not working, because Azure Pipelines seems smart enough to look up old build runs by commit hash.

Is there any other way to induce the CI to re-run the checks if they are intermittent, or will I need to figure out the unrelated intermittent issues to move forward?

Best,

Daniel
