Description
In order to test the support we are developing for Segmentation / Detection other than Classification and Regression tasks we should implement the split Pascal VOC2021 proposed here: [Incremental Learning Techniques for Semantic Segmentation](https://openaccess.thecvf.com/content_ICCVW_2019/papers/TASK-CV/Michieli_Incremental_Learning_Techniques_for_Semantic_Segmentation_ICCVW_2019_paper.pdf), and make it a `classic` benchmark.
