Remove empty folders and database rows from exited/incomplete participants

Due to auto-accepts and incompletes, some folders (created upon task acceptance) are empty and make the data folder cluttered. These participants also are similarly added as a row in the database file. One solution would be to remove extra folders after each batch of participants, or alternatively only create folders once individuals get to the Fitbit authorization page.
