add cdl-auto-psiturk image

- image to cover PsiTurk experiments where verbal recall data is automatically transcribed.
- child image of `cdl-psiturk` with
- `FFMpeg` installed via `apt` (or directly from GitHub?)
- `quail` installed via `pip`

May also need to replace the PsiTurk installation with a mod that exposes the gunicorn server's timeout parameter in order to give on-the-fly transcriptions time to complete. Andy had to do something like this for the AdaptiveFR experiments, but those were all Python 2.7-based so we install from his PsiTurk fork
