[RFE] Add a new project rename utility to simplify find/replace konductor renaming tasks

Problem:

Konductor Template Repository is a boilerplate toolset which is intended to be forked to start new devops and platform engineering projects.

Currently, the new project rename chore is un-documented, and a heavily manual process.

Solution:

Write a basic renaming script which will correctly rename the codebase where necessary to make starting new projects as easy as possible.
