Description
- [ ] **Scenario 1**: User has symptoms not included on list.
**Problem**: There is no way for a user to add this to their list
**Solution**: add "Other" choice
- [ ] **Scenario 2**: User is asked by a healthcare professional to log their symptoms 2x a day, daily. OR they chose to log their health daily, even with no symptoms.
**Problem**: We do not provide an option to indicate "healthy" or "no symptoms" state.
**Solution**: Add "No symptoms" choice
