[Symptoms report]: Missing “Other” option

Bottom of symptoms list should include "other". This allows for user/patient flexibility when reporting symptoms that might be important to the user:

Locate the mobile symptoms-list entry point and inspect how the existing symptom options are defined and rendered. Add the requested “Other” option at the bottom, then verify that users can select it when reporting symptoms and that the list order matches the issue description.
