Report errors through appcenter

Since this is a consumer app, error messages end being very generic and non-descriptive "Failed to do X." In the best case, we're able to make them actionable "Failed to do X, try again later."

We need to collect some of those errors as they might point to faulty logic on our side. Appcenter is already being used for crash reporting and hopefully can be used for this as well.

Review the existing App Center crash-reporting integration and identify the app paths that emit the generic errors described here. Confirm which errors should be sent, how they are distinguished from crashes, and what evidence in App Center will show the reporting works; the issue does not name files, tests, or a complete error scope.
