[Search functionality] Unable to search alternate zip codes

**_Browser_**: Chrome
**_Browser location services_**: Accepted/turned on
**Problem**: Unable to search zip codes. When I hit enter, the screen stays in same place. I can only zoom and pan to get to a different location
**Screenshot**: Map is in Seattle but when I search California 96161 nothing happens. Alternatively, if I search for Seattle while map shows CA nothing happens.
