In a world where linguistic and visual deep fakes are real and starting to be impossible to distinguish from.the real thing, we need something as close to "on click" access to the verified provenance of any attributed utterance or image. If you read something that can't show it came from someone, it will be assumed to be fake. People will start to self-surveil and get daily transcripts, which they also can use to prove what they actually said...and in an extension that might deserve it's in project, one should be able to "one click" the context of anything attributed to someone, so that society becomes habituated to checking to see how the context of a statement or account attributed to someone changes our perception of the quote or account.
