Service that rates and packages invoices and other assets that need to be confidential not only from the public but from other participants in a business network or "consortium" into a set of hashes and places them at regular time intervals onto the public ethereum mainnet, SO THAT buyers of invoice factoring can purchase fractions of these bundles without, say, WalMart knowing anything about Costco's invoices or vice versa. Being on the Mainnet gives the invoice factoring market an always-on mass market forum for buying and selling these rated tranches/bundles....all without exposing confidential information to the public. Public but Private!

This would be a great example of an application where enterprise executives could easly (with education and experience) realize that not only is the mainnet ok for some enterprise applications but it is essential..if handled correctly.
