Description
OpenLaw-based smart contract that allows an encrypted or otherwise inaccessible file to become accessible only after all parties agree to making it accessible...even the author of the document can't access after saving until the contract unlocks it. (Case: journalist says "I'm recording this but I can't access the recording until after you sign off."
