Record something directly to IPFS so that we know that videos are legit, no one has tamperproofed it

use hashtag to post this to blockchain but how do we collect quality data?
-issue with this, is that each one costs money. One solution to that is to have advertisment agencies or other interseting parties fund it. Problem with that is potential spam. Solution to that is placing restrictions

Crowd sourcing info. Vehicle for people to report local incidents using news articles or videos for proof

People that would hypothetically be good resources for this:
Samuel Sinyangwe - data scientist and policy analyst
Deray Mckesson - writer/activist
They both worked on mappingpoliceviolence

https://mappingpoliceviolence.org/ . - current data analysis project regarding police shootings. It's gathered from news stories of shootings. Maybe build on this, put the data on IPFS so there is a safer, more tamper proof way of storing the data, instead of sourcing data from video

-Based off data from mappingpoliceviolence, police kill 1200 people each year, 50,000 hospitalized each year by officer. In 97% of police killings, officers do not get charged. In 99%, officers do not get convicted
