## Overview
As a video distributor, I need to be able to encrypt my video, upload it to s3, safely store video location and key so that I can securely share it with authorized parties

## Tasks
- AWS Encryption SDK for encrypting and uploading video to s3
- retrieve public keys from DynamoDB
- Encrypt location and video key with public keys and upload them to DynamoDB
