Whitepaper

## Overview

As someone evaluating the "bootleg" pay-it-backward token model, I want to read a whitepaper, so that my expectation of seeing a whitepaper for this sort of thing is satisfied, I can believe it is a real thing, and I can get the details and context on how it works.

- Looking for not-terrible whitepaper.

### Questions

- Does this project really call for a whitepaper?
- Is it worth the effort to write a whitepaper?
- Do we have the skills/chops to write a whitepaper?

### Assumptions

- The bootleg token pattern deserves a whitepaper treatment
- We have enough analysis (or can / should do enough) by delivery to be able to make a reasonably convincing whitepaper.

### Acceptance

- Go/no-go on doing the whitepaper
- If go, then a whitepaper that has been reviewed by Alpine and Sam(?)
