More interactive interface for accessing Fae storage

Currently, the _only_ way to access Fae storage is to parse the `faeServer` response. Although the `--view` option of `postTX` allows you to retrieve a previous transaction's result, this does not realize the full potential of Fae's strong typing. A true programmatic interface (say, an internal command line) needs to be created.
