### Current Behavior
ArtFactory UI currently does not have any functionality for artists to signup and upload new content. It also does not have any functionality for supporters to pay and view content uploaded by artists.
### Wanted Behavior
ArtFactory should allow artists to interact with the smart contract by signing up and uploading new content.
### Definition of Done
- React components that allow artists to sign up and upload new content
- React components that allow supporters to browse, pay and view content
