No Alert on entering wrong OTP

**Description**
When a user enters the wrong OTP, the screen refreshes without giving any clue to the user. This might lead to confusion and a bad User Experience. When a wrong OTP is entered, it should throw an alert that the OTP entered is wrong, so that the user can cross-verify and enter the correct OTP
**Reproducible Steps**
Go to Sign Up -> Enter Email -> Enter a wrong OTP
