Script for assessing the healthiness of a connector codebase

### Feature description

We have a checklist that we go through to ensure a connector codebase (_not_ the connector itself) is "healthy" (i.e. has all common CI actions, the repository settings are correct, it's using the latest SDK etc.). We should create a script that can be executed in a checked-out repository to assess if it ticks all the boxes on the checklist.
