Add more details to the account credentials attributes

Add the information from this [Attributes GSheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CxpFvtAoUcylHQyeBtRBaRt1zsibtpmQOVsk7bsHPGA/edit#gid=0) to the [public docs](https://github.com/Concordium/concordium.github.io/blob/b96725cc31a922e4d83cb28b09739ae05ea1a156/source/mainnet/net/web3-id/wallet.rst?plain=1#L113).

Furthermore, would be good to answer these questions that came from the community:

- Which fields are present at which types of document id's?
- What is the formatet syntax of the fields?
- What are the guaranteed fields?
- What are optional fields?
- Which fields can be used for zero knowledge proofs without reveal? or are all fields the same type etc?
