Description
**Description**
If the node is stopped on Ubuntu, collector stops as well. It would be nice to have that if the user starts node service, collector service would start automatically.
Collector also starts automatically on all other platforms (Mac, Win, Docker)
**Steps to Reproduce**
Install node, configure it to report to the dashboard and start it.
Stop the node.
Start the node.
**Expected Result**
Node is running, it appears on the dashboard.
**Actual Result**
Node is running, it does not appear on the dashboard until node-collector service is started as well.
**Versions**
- Software Version: 4.2.3
- OS: Ubuntu only

Research direction
No files or tests are identified in the issue. Start by locating the Ubuntu service definitions for the node and node-collector services, then reproduce the stop-and-start sequence; done means starting the node service also starts the collector and the node appears on the dashboard without a separate collector start.
