Description
Currently, enabling gatekeep on a poll automatically enables all of these things. However, there are cases when it would be useful to be able to turn on some but not all of these.
We should split each of these into its own option.
It would be great if on each poll it was possible to set a minimum time that it must be open for (ex: maybe some votes we want them open for at least 72 hours but others we want a 48 hour minimum)
