Ignore full feature request

It would be really useful if we could mark certain classes as ignore full instead of all or none. If we have not enrolled yet, ignoring full for all makes sense. If we have already enrolled and need to switch out a class, the ignore full option will hide the classes that we are already in if they are full. But not having ignore full checked will show us classes that we can switch in to.
