Reset resource limits

So over time we typically grant additional resource limits to members, which is useful.
However every once in a while we hit a wall with resources, where it could be useful to reset resource limits back to the default.

I think it would be nice to just have a button that, with some confirmation, resets all limits above the default back. We can always expand them again, but it would be nice to have a quick reset
