Description and check are misaligned for commands_kmod

#### Description of problem:

I believe part of this stems from #13075 but even without that fix, would expect the description and check to be consistent. At present the description says add `-w /usr/bin/kmod -p x -k modules` while the regex checks in the result look for something very different.
