[FR] Add OSC 8 support for repo links

You can consider embedding an OSC8 links within the rendered repo name text. most of the terminal nowadays support that, and it's really easy to `tab`/`shift+tab` between them when you havent built a concrete navigation mechanism inside them tabs yet.
