Description

### Describe the bug

When using` muxc:XamlControlsResources ControlsResourcesVersion="Version1"`, A `ToggleSwitch` in `SettingsCard` will crash the app. It will throw
`System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.`
