DataTable sample #3 crashes when resizing the "Description" column beyond the "Quantity" column

### Describe the bug

When resizing the "Description" column the WCT gallery app crashes

### Steps to reproduce

```text
1. Go to DataTable samples
2. Scroll to the 3rd sample
3. Resize the "Description" column further than the "Quantity" column
```

### Expected behavior

No crashes
