Add GitPod support

### Describe the bug

We have been using Codespaces for developing on WASM, but it'd be great to also support Gitpod as well. Gitpod has a free tier which can be more accessible to developers than Codespaces is at the moment. I've reached out to Gitpod already about their [open source engagements](https://www.gitpod.io/for/opensource).

Hopefully enabling a similar environment since we already have Codespaces will make this easier?
