Description
GUI version
0.1.20 Windows (Can not select Windows in OS Toggle :) )
Operating system
Linux (other)
Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce
- Open Command Code desktop alpha.
- Ask the model to "Write Code any kind of in Code block".
- Receive a fenced code block whose language tag is
goand whose body has normal indentation and ~20 to ~50 lines of code. - Read the rendered message.
Expected behavior
Expected behavior
- Each line of the source stays on its own line.
- Leading whitespace (indentation) is preserved.
- Lines that exceed the available width wrap, scroll, or both, but their structure is not destroyed.
- Syntax highlighting is applied according to the language tag (
goin this case). - The code is clearly copyable, with one logical statement per visible line.
Actual behavior
Actual behavior
- The whole body of the code block renders on a single wrapped line.
- Newlines from the source are missing.
- Indentation is collapsed. Every function body, every block, every nested call appears flush against the previous token, separated by a single space.
- The result looks like prose, not code, e.g.:
Screenshots, recordings, or sanitized logs
Safety check
- I removed credentials and private project information from this report.
