Description

Summary

i want to work in plan mode at starting
but after i am done i want it to be in yolo mode and do the task
and then i need to quit cli, do cmd --yolo --continue to get going, which is like just a bad user experience imo

Expected Behavior

similar to claude-code auto mode, and other mode shift in command-code itself, add yolo so that we can set it with the same shift+tab cycle of permissions

Actual Behavior

currently need to quit cli and get in again with --yolo as described above

Research direction

Start at the CLI's permission-mode handling and trace the Shift+Tab cycle used to change modes. Compare it with the existing --yolo --continue startup behavior; done means yolo can be selected during an active session without restarting the CLI, while the other permission modes still cycle correctly.
