Possibility to add changenotes to the published action

Currently only the API is able to add updates/changenotes to a release.
Comfyregistry enables edit of description and deprecation of a version, but also no changenotes/updates.

Would it be possible to include a line of changenotes in the pyproject.toml that updates the "changelog": "" just like the API ?

Done means a changenotes value from pyproject.toml updates the published release changelog, with the behavior covered by a test or documented.
