Description
if comfyui can read it so whenever it rises to 70 plus (almost system memory swap) without going down comfyui should free some vram
usually happen if same gpu is used for running ai and browser
and some heavy webpage consummed to much vram and hit system memory fallback
us interfce bandwith can be another good signal to detect if system memory falback/swap is happening

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Clarify how bus-interface load should be measured, which platforms are supported, and what threshold and VRAM-release behavior are expected. Done should include coverage for the system-memory-fallback scenario and confirmation that ComfyUI recovers without unnecessary offloading.
