Excuted to selected output node not updated random seed.

- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

**Excuted to selected output node** not updated random seed. even if all custom nodes removed.
**it worked till 1.39.11** and stopped in future versions. rgtree's context menu- queue selected nodes still work fine.
