Renaming input and output slots is no longer supported (Nodes v2.0)

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

We used to be able to right click a slot circle to rename it. This does not work anymore.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Right click any node's slot circle
2. Look for option to "rename slot"
3. No options appear, not even "disconnect slot"

### How is this affecting you?

Workflow won't execute

### Additional Context
The main reason this is a problem for me is I use Use Everywhere nodes a lot. It is sometimes essential to be able to rename input or output slots so that the correct nodes/widgets are targeted by the Use Everywhere node.
Some may suggest the use of Set/Get nodes, but I find they take up too much space in my already crowded workflow (and they do not play well with subgraphs).
