Colossal Comfy logo, slow browser refresh and reported disconnection

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

Updated to 1.38.13, and browser refresh negatively effected.

1. Massive Comfy logo flashes if browser is refreshed (distracting). If this was intentional, I'd comment that it is already branded via the menu; blue/yellow logo flashes are really unpleasant when working with nice dark workflows. I notice the logo is displayed permanently if Comfui UI is not running when browser starts pointing to local Comfy URL; so it clearly gets cached.

2. At start of a session with tiny sample workflow, browser refresh works OK (except silly humngous logo flash!), without delay. Sometimes very long delay (e.g. 4 seconds) when refreshing browser. As soon as I've loaded up any workflow (perhaps a big workflow), the problem happens. After accepting browser warning I'm leaving the page, nothing happens for a few seconds, then it refreshes. During that refresh a disconnection message appears for a second, then the refresh occurs correctly. There is no error reported in terminal and Comfy has certainly not crashed. Behviour not seen prior to update.

### Steps to Reproduce

1.Open ComfyUI
2.Open any reasonable size workflow.
3.Do something that might entail needing a refresh (a good example is adding a lora... R will reload, sure, but various custom nodes need a quick browser refresh (e.g. RGthree's lora loader).
4. Press 'refresh' button in firefox.

### Additional Context

I run some virtual machines using qemu, so have luxury to try the update on another install. The update produces the same behaviour.

Thakns for the front-end work. I've seen many improvement in recent weeks, e.g. returning the 'X' beside the run button and things such as copy-pasting nodes have lost the strange behaviour where a completely random nodes would be pasted.
