Description
### Custom Node Testing
- [x] I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see [how to disable custom nodes](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled) if you need help)
### Expected Behavior
I create 2 "Primitive" nodes and connect them to "width" and "height" of "Empty Latent Image" node. Then I select those 2 "Primitive" nodes and convert them to Subgraph. When I go inside the Subgraph with those 2 "Primitive" nodes
I still can adjust them from inside of it
### Actual Behavior
I create 2 "Primitive" nodes and connect them to "width" and "height" of "Empty Latent Image" node. Then I select those 2 "Primitive" nodes and convert them to Subgraph. When I go inside the Subgraph with those 2 "Primitive" nodes
I'm not able to adjust them because they look like they doesn't connected to anything at all
### Steps to Reproduce
**Step 1:**

**Step 2:**

**That's how they look inside of Subgraph ↓**

### Debug Logs
```powershell
-
```
### Other
Not sure if this behavior is intentional or it's a bug
