Node V2.0 tooltip covers workflow tabs

### What happened?

A tooltip, that looks like a description for a node, pops up and obscures the workflow tabs. It's related to Node V2, as swapping to V1 and refreshing the browser fixes it, and it never pops up again until I swap to Node V2.

### Steps to Reproduce

I don't know what's causing it, or how to reproduce. It's just there. I do notice it's usually after starting a job.
