Missing: use new menu: bottom

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have searched existing issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate

### What happened?

I just updated to the latest version:
[I'd put it here, but I just noticed I CAN'T EVEN COPY the About/SystemInfo/Devices section] so that's broke too...

Cant select bottom for menu placement. Due to my very tall screen, it's really difficult to use with the menu at the top.

### Steps to Reproduce

Go to settings -> comfy -> Menu -> use new menu -> no bottom option
