Should allow load 3d node being executed without uploading 3d model, to better support Panorama view

### What problem are you experiencing?

Right now, Panorama mode is locked behind **3D nodes**. Users are forced to upload a **3D model** file just to trigger it, which is really inconvenient.

Panorama view is a great feature on its own and shouldn't depend on having a **3D model** loaded. It would be great to decouple them so users can use Panorama mode independently.

This occurs when attempting to activate **Panorama View** without a loaded 3D model. The system prompts as below.
