Description
### Prerequisites
- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have searched existing issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate
- [x] I have tested with all custom nodes disabled ([see how](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled))
### What happened?
In the latest version, there’s a new warning that appears when certain nodes aren’t installed.
But I noticed that even when all the nodes are installed and none of them are highlighted in red, the warning still shows up, even though the workflow runs just fine.
When I select all the nodes and copy them into a new empty workflow, the warning disappears.
I’ve also provided a video showing this, and I unpacked all the subgraphs but didn’t find any red highlighted nodes.
