Workflow template gallery: Allow to define an specific ordering/filtering as default.

### Feature Idea

Previous frontend version (v0.3.65) show api templates at the bottom;
But on latest version (v0.3.66), workflow template gallery became a _totum revolutum_, will all the templates mixed by "newer" date.

I know that there's a new filter option to filter out the "paid api bs" and you can change order as well, but the problem is that this default configuration cannot be set as default (or at least, I'm unable to find the option, modifying code aside)

### Existing Solutions

_Aside than modifying source to change default sorting order or tditing templates file and delete unneeded ones, I cannot find an option to set options as default._
