Node Tip Tool, Z Indexing Issue

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

Nodes Tool tipbar should not overlaps the sidebar menu items,


instead stay behind the sidebar

### Actual Behavior

Tool Tip of a node overlaps the sidebar of comfyui, I have updated version of .4.52. It is a UI flaw, Z Indexing needs to be fixed

### Steps to Reproduce

Select a node
Tool bar will appear of that node
without clicking anywhere, drag the canvas to left, you will see it blocks and overlaps the sidebar, which is not expected behavior
