Re-routing from higher level outputs inside subgraphs are not correctly connected

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

Random connections when rerouting from main graph inputs inside subgraphs. See example. Several reroutes are connected from one input, and the connections are not connected properly.

### Actual Behavior

Connections are randomly connected to any of the available inputs from the main graph.

### Steps to Reproduce

Create any basic subgraph with multiple inputs connecting to he main graph.
