Please allow to save workflows outside of ‘workflows’ folder

### What problem are you experiencing?

The ‘save as’ dialog doesn’t allow to change folder, it always saves in ‘workflows’ folder. When I move the file outside of ComfyUI then open, edit and save it, it will be saved to ‘workflows’ again. Not where I put it.
I work with project folders. Its not possible for me to put all workflows in the same location. Generally it is extremely impractical to organize project files this way.

Whenever I save workflows that are not stored in 'workflows' folder

Multiple times per day

Significantly slows down my work

### Current workarounds

After I saved my workflow, use windows explorer to move the file to the correct location. Very annoying.

### Ideas for solutions (Optional)

Just implement a normal save feature where you can select full path.
