[Nightly] Missing option to make the workflows bar floating

### What problem are you experiencing?

I've decided to try the nightly frontend and give some feedback. The first thing I noticed after I had moved to nightly is that the option to make the opened workflows bar to floating is missing. In the stable frontend this option is called "Topbar 2nd-row".

Without this option the workflow bar takes way too much vertical space, which is already limited on the typical 16:9 displays.

This option worked particularly well with the option to move the new menu to the bottom which is also missing in the nightly frontend. True, the menu button is now integrated into the sidebar but the subnode-tree isn't and it can no longer be moved to the bottom.

Was the removal intentional or are these features just not implemented yet?
